After nearly three decades as an educator and school psychologist, I witnessed firsthand how stress, burnout, anxiety, and life's constant demands affect people of all ages.

Research consistently points to many of the same restorative practices: time in nature, meaningful relationships, movement, mindfulness, gratitude, and moments of quiet reflection.
